What Fuel Meals costs

On October 7, 2026, Fuel Meals' plan builder priced meals at $13.45 to $15.24 each before discounts, depending on plan and box size. A 7-meal box ran $101.65 to $106.65 and a 20-meal box $269 to $275. The Performance plan, for example, was $14.66 a meal at 7 meals, $14.45 at 10, $13.95 at 14 and $13.75 at 20. The site runs price tests, so you may see slightly different numbers.

With the 40% first-order discount, the same boxes worked out to about $8.07 to $9.14 a meal. The discount applies to the first order only; from the second week you pay the regular per-meal price.

Shipping is $12.95 on a 7-meal box and free at 10 meals or more. Fuel says shipping may cost more on orders over 25 meals because they go out in multiple boxes.

How to claim a Fuel Meals offer

The 40% discount is for first orders. The plan builder applied it automatically on October 7, 2026, and the code FMSAVE40 is shown in the site banner if you need to enter it at checkout. The builder also prompts you to add one free meal before checkout. Existing subscribers can add a code under My Account, in the Add Discount Code section.

Every order starts a subscription that bills weekly unless you switch to every two weeks. Your first order cannot be edited or canceled once placed, and it ships the following Monday, so check your address before paying. To skip, change meals or cancel a later week, do it by 11:59 pm Eastern (8:59 pm Pacific) on Friday. After that cutoff the order is charged and ships Monday. Cancel under My Account, at the bottom of the page.

Fuel Cash from referrals cannot be combined with other active promos, and you can redeem up to $150 at a time. GovX codes are single-use, one per day.

When Fuel Meals runs its best deals

Fuel Meals' standing offer is a first-order discount: 40% off with code FMSAVE40, shown in the banner on every page on October 7, 2026, with a free meal added in the plan builder. Its landing page calls the free meal a limited-time offer.

The other ongoing savings are structural: lower per-meal prices on 14- and 20-meal boxes, free shipping from 10 meals, a referral program that gives a friend $100 off their first order and you $100 in Fuel Cash once they spend over $65, and a GovX ID discount of up to 15% for military, first responders, government employees and teachers. Fuel's own pages did not show a seasonal sale calendar.

Is Fuel Meals worth it?

Fuel Meals suits people who want large, high-protein portions (the site advertises 40 to 60 g per meal) without cooking, and who will eat 10 or more meals a week so shipping is free. At $13.45 to $15.24 a meal after the first order (October 7, 2026 prices), it is not a budget option, and the first-order price is not what you will pay in week two.

It is a poor fit if you eat vegetarian or vegan (Fuel has no such meals), want a dedicated keto menu, or want to tweak dishes, since plating changes such as sauce on the side are not offered. It is also subscription-only, so buyers who want a one-off box need to cancel by the Friday cutoff. Meals keep up to 7 days in the fridge, or up to 3 months frozen.

About Fuel Meals offers

Fuel Meals is a fitness focused, fully prepared meal delivery company.

Fuel Meals is a New Jersey company that cooks high-protein prepared meals and ships them chilled, not frozen, to all 50 states. You choose 7, 10, 14 or 20 meals a week from a menu of 45+ entrees, breakfasts, snacks and bulk proteins, or pick a Best Sellers, Performance, Weight Loss or Muscle Gain plan and let Fuel build the box. Meals heat in the microwave in 2 to 3 minutes. Every order is a subscription that renews weekly by default, or every two weeks if you choose.

Most of the savings come from the first-order discount, which on October 7, 2026 was 40% off (code FMSAVE40, applied automatically in the plan builder) plus one free meal. After that, the levers are box size (larger boxes cost less per meal and 10+ meals ship free), the $100 referral credit and, for military, first responders and teachers, a GovX discount of up to 15%. Offers listed here come from Fuel Meals' affiliate feed and are re-checked against it daily.

No. Meals are cooked fresh and shipped chilled in insulated coolers with gel packs. They keep up to 7 days in the fridge after delivery, and you can freeze them for up to 3 months, though Fuel says egg and fish dishes may not reheat as well.
To all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii, but not Puerto Rico or PO boxes. Meals are cooked in New Jersey and ship on Mondays, arriving Tuesday or Wednesday depending on location. Deliveries can arrive as late as 10 pm.
Not as dedicated menus. Fuel's help center says it does not offer vegetarian or vegan meals and has no keto menu yet. It points keto eaters to its By the Pound proteins, which arrive unseasoned.
