Welcome to subscribsy (“subscribsy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we collect, use, and share information.
This Privacy Policy explains how subscribsy collects, uses, shares, and safeguards personal information in connection with your access to and use of our website, accounts, content, tools, and related services provided through subscribsy.com (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Use. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings set forth in the Terms.
I. Information We Collect
We collect information that helps us operate subscribsy, personalize your experience, improve our services, and communicate with you. The information we collect generally falls into a few categories: information you choose to provide to us, information we collect automatically when you interact with the site, and information related to your preferences and activity within your account (if you create one).
Information You Provide to Us
When you interact with subscribsy—such as signing up for emails, creating an optional account, saving favorites, or contacting us—you may choose to share information like your name, email address, login details, preferences, and any other information you voluntarily submit through forms, surveys, profile fields, or communication with our team. You may also provide additional information at your discretion, and we collect and store that information as part of your interaction with the Services.
Account and Profile Information
If you choose to create a subscribsy account, we collect the information needed to set up and maintain that account, such as your username, password, profile details, and any settings or features you customize. We also collect information about the actions you take within your account, including saved offers, favorited items, and your browsing or selection history.
Information Collected Automatically
When you use subscribsy, we automatically collect certain information about your device, browsing behavior, and interactions with the site. This may include your IP address, general location derived from your IP, browser type, device type, pages you view, links you click, session duration, referral URLs, and other usage data. This information helps us understand how people use our site, diagnose issues, and improve subscribsy's performance and features.
Marketing and Analytics Information
We also collect information related to marketing activity and analytics, such as UTM parameters, referral sources, advertising interactions, and engagement with our emails or content. This helps us understand what’s working, what’s helpful to users, and how we can improve the Services.
Other Information You Choose to Share
You may also provide us with other types of information that don’t fall neatly into the categories above—through surveys, feedback, customer support requests, open text fields, contests, or any other feature we may offer from time to time. We treat all voluntarily submitted information as part of your interaction with the Services and handle it in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
