What Mosaic Foods costs

Prices are per item. On October 8, 2026, veggie bowls and pizzas were $11.99, soups and smoothies $9.99, oat bowls $6.99, and family meals $24.95 (four servings each).

A 6-item subscription box adds $10 shipping. The 12-item box ships free, and the 18-item box ships free and takes $10 off. Twelve veggie bowls come to $143.88. Six bowls with shipping come to $81.94, or about $13.66 a bowl.

You can skip the subscription with a bundle. The Family Pack (6 family meals, 24 servings) is $119.99 with free shipping. The Power Pack (20 high-protein meals) is $174.99. The Low-Sodium Pack (8 meals) is $89 with free shipping. Optional Package Protection costs $3.99 per delivery and replaces a box that arrives damaged, missing or thawed, if you report it within 48 hours. Mosaic's terms allow it to change subscription prices when product prices change.

How to claim a Mosaic Foods offer

New customers enter a ZIP code first. If Mosaic does not deliver there, it sends you to Misfits Market instead. The free shipping and the $10 discount come from the box size you pick, not from a code. A friend's referral link takes $20 off your first box. If a coupon code is listed here, enter it at checkout.

Any box you build through the plan picker is a subscription and renews until you cancel. To make a single purchase, buy one of the bundles marked no subscription required. To skip or cancel a delivery, act before the cutoff, which is 3 days before your charge date. Use your account or email support@mosaicfoods.com. After the cutoff Mosaic tries to cancel but does not guarantee it. Your first order has a full-refund guarantee if you contact support within 30 days of shipment. Frozen food cannot be returned.

When Mosaic Foods runs its best deals

Mosaic's standing savings are always on: free shipping on 12- and 18-item boxes, $10 off the 18-item box, a $20 referral credit for you and the friend you refer, and discounted bundles that need no subscription. On October 8, 2026, soups were marked down from $12.49 to $9.99. The site has no published sale calendar, so we cannot say which seasons bring bigger deals.

Is Mosaic Foods worth it?

Mosaic suits vegetarians, vegans and meat-eaters who want more meatless meals and are fine with frozen food. Prep is close to zero, the menu is large, and you can buy a bundle without subscribing. It costs more per meal than cooking for yourself, and small boxes pay $10 shipping.

It is a poor fit if you want meat, need a guaranteed delivery area before signing up, or have a small freezer. Check the 3-day change cutoff before each charge.

About Mosaic Foods offers

Mosaic is a subscription service that delivers healthy, ready-to-heat, plant-centric meals right to your door. We ship all of our meals frozen to lock in nutrients and maintain ultimate freshness throughout their trip to our customers' homes.

Mosaic Foods ships frozen, ready-to-heat vegetarian meals: veggie bowls, soups, oat bowls, smoothies, pizzas and oven-baked family meals. Everything on the menu is vegetarian and many dishes are vegan. You pick a box of 6, 12 or 18 items, choose a delivery schedule from every week to every four weeks, and keep the meals in your freezer. Most bowls heat in the microwave in about five minutes. Splendid Spoon bought Mosaic in January 2026, and Mosaic now sells some Splendid Spoon meals as well.

Most of the savings come from Mosaic's own pricing. Bigger boxes ship free, the 18-item box takes another $10 off, and the no-subscription bundles are priced below the cost of buying the same meals one at a time. Offers listed here come from Mosaic's affiliate feed and are re-checked against it daily.
