Factor Meals buying guide
What Factor Meals costs
On October 6, 2026, Factor's plan page showed these prices: 4 meals for $69.96 ($17.49 a meal), 6 meals for $92.94 ($15.49), 8 meals for $115.92 ($14.49), 10 meals for $139.90 ($13.99), 12 meals for $161.88 ($13.49) and 14 meals for $181.86 ($12.99). Factor tests different prices with different visitors, so you may see other numbers.
A shipping fee is charged on every box, including discounted ones. Factor shows the amount at checkout, not on the plan page. After the intro offer ends, your plan renews weekly at Factor's regular, non-promotional price. Factor's terms say it gives at least 10 days' notice before changing your plan's price.
How to claim a Factor Meals offer
Factor's intro discounts are for new customers only, and you can have only one account. The offer on Factor's own site in October 2026 was 50% off the first box, 20% off boxes 2 to 5, and one free breakfast item per box for as long as you stay subscribed. Discounts vary by plan size. They don't cover shipping, add-ons or premium meals. Offers from our feed can be structured differently, so check the split at checkout.
Each week's box locks several days before it arrives. For a Tuesday delivery, you must skip, change or cancel by 11:59 PM Central on the Wednesday before. If you miss the lock, you are charged and the box ships. If you cancel, the free-breakfast perk ends and does not come back if you rejoin. Skip weeks you don't need instead of letting them ship.
When Factor Meals runs its best deals
Factor's main deal is its new-customer offer, which spreads a discount across the first several boxes. The way the discount is split changes over time, and Factor's terms let it end or change any offer at any time, so the version you see may differ from the one described here.
Is Factor Meals worth it?
Factor suits people who want healthy-leaning meals with no cooking: one person eating lunch or dinner at a desk, or anyone tracking calories, protein or carbs who wants portions they don't have to think about. Larger plans bring the per-meal price down, and you can skip any week before the lock.
It is a poor fit for families on a budget, people who enjoy cooking, or anyone outside the contiguous US. At regular prices plus a shipping fee on every box, it costs more per meal than cooking. HelloFresh, from the same parent company, sends ingredients for you to cook. It suits people who have time to cook and want the cooking part. Factor is for people paying to skip it. Watch the weekly lock deadline, because most complaints about surprise charges come from cancelling too late.
About Factor Meals offers
Factor is a prepared-meal delivery service owned by HelloFresh SE, which runs it as its ready-to-eat brand alongside HelloFresh's cook-yourself meal kits. Meals arrive fully cooked, fresh rather than frozen, and heat in the microwave in 2 to 3 minutes. They keep in the fridge for up to 7 days. Factor delivers to the contiguous US only, so not to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
You pick a plan size, choose meals from a menu that changes weekly, and Factor bills you each week until you skip or cancel. The per-meal price drops as the plan gets bigger, and the biggest savings come from the new-customer offer on your first few boxes. The Factor offers listed here come from our affiliate feed and are re-checked against it daily. Your final price is the one shown at Factor's checkout.
