What Bean Box costs
A subscription costs $19.50 for one 12oz bag, plus $5.45 flat shipping, so $24.95 a delivery. Two 12oz bags are $18 each with $7.50 shipping. A 2lb bag is $44 with $8.50 shipping. Single-origin plans cost about $2 more per bag.
Monthly here means every four weeks, which is 13 deliveries a year. Prepaying a year lowers the price, for example $292 for 13 deliveries of one 12oz bag. Gift subscriptions are priced separately: the Coffee of the Month gift runs $78 to $528 for 3, 6 or 12 months, with US shipping included.
How to claim a Bean Box offer
The new-subscriber free bag is for first-time subscribers on 12oz pay-per-delivery plans. Bean Box applies it to your third delivery, not the first, so you pay full price for the first two. It does not apply to prepaid annual plans.

Every month, customers can obtain unique, hand-picked gourmet coffees from premier roasters across the US like Kuma, Slate, Herkimer, and Vita. Bean Box coffee subscription and gift options include tasting notes, roaster profiles, brewing tips, and an artisan candy.
Bean Box is a Seattle coffee company that has shipped specialty coffee since 2014. It does not roast its own beans.
